Slay Diva Hair reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We at Slay Diva Hair strive to ensure that our customers receive a high quality product. If we fail to uphold that standard there are ways we will try to fix it for you. All sales are final and there are no refunds. Customers are allowed to make an exchange. The product must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date given by the postal service carrier to receive the exchange. The hair bundles must be in their original condition and packaging that it was shipped out in. The hair cannot be damaged, combed, brushed, washed, or altered in any way, shape, or form; also the original ties must still be intact and not tampered with. If the product is not returned, we will assume that you were satisfied with the product. Before sending back hair please send an email to [email protected]. We will inform you of instructions of what to do via email. 

Take care of your bundles properly so they will last the duration of its time, if not no matter how high the quality of your bundles they will not last ; it is I to you to care for them. Watch YouTube videos or read on the internet how to care for your specific bundles. The bundles are not attached to your scale so they need more nurturing but care for it like you would your own. Also, invest in Silicon , Tresemme condition & Shampoo, Garnier, Argon oil, & a wide tooth brush.
